This Privacy Policy explains how Anshu Patni (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit anshupatni.com, book a coaching session or workshop, make a payment, or contact us. By using this website you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, social profile links and any note you add when you fill a booking or registration form, subscribe to our newsletter, or write to us.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We receive a confirmation from Razorpay (such as the payment ID, amount, status and the contact details you used). We do not see or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.
- Booking information: when you choose a time slot through our Google Calendar appointment page, the details you enter there are processed by Google.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and cookies, collected automatically when you use the website.
2. How we use your information
- to create and confirm your booking, deliver the session, workshop or programme you signed up for, and keep in touch about it;
- to process payments and send confirmations, receipts and payment reminders (for example if a payment was started but not completed);
- to reply to your questions and provide support;
- to send newsletters or updates only if you have subscribed – you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email;
- to maintain, secure and improve the website, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
3. Consent
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or make a payment, and for other lawful purposes permitted under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us at anshu@anshupatni.com; this will not affect processing already carried out.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do so:
- Razorpay – payment processing;
- our email delivery and website hosting providers;
- Google (Calendar / Meet and related Workspace tools) – scheduling and online sessions;
- analytics or advertising tools, if enabled on this website;
- government or legal authorities, where we are required to do so by law.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, understand how it is used and, where enabled, measure advertising. The booking form may also keep a small piece of data in your browser’s local storage so that you can resume an unfinished payment. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work properly if you disable them.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data for as long as it is needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, withdraw your consent, or raise a grievance about how your data is handled. Write to anshu@anshupatni.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Children
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Links to other websites
This website may link to third-party websites (for example LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of anshupatni.com and the coaching sessions, workshops, programmes and other services offered by Anshu Patni (“we”, “us”). By booking or paying for a service, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide executive and career coaching, leadership development workshops and related digital services, delivered online (or in person where specifically agreed). The description, duration and price of each service are shown on this website and at the time of booking.
2. Nature of coaching
Coaching is a professional, thought-provoking process that supports your own goals and decisions. It is nottherapy, counselling, medical, legal, financial or investment advice. We do not guarantee any specific outcome such as a promotion, a salary change or a job offer; results depend on your own actions and circumstances.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use our services.
4. Booking and payment
- To book, fill in the booking form with accurate details and complete the payment online through Razorpay.
- Your slot is confirmed once payment is received and you have chosen a time through the scheduling link provided after payment (and sent to your email).
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, if any, are as shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you pay is the price that applies to your booking.
5. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds
Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short, fees are non-refundable once paid, except in the limited cases described there, and sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
6. Your responsibilities
- Attend sessions on time and in a suitable, distraction-free setting with a stable internet connection (for online sessions).
- Give honest and complete information, and take responsibility for the decisions you make.
- Treat us and other participants with respect. We may end a session or participation without refund in case of abusive or unlawful behaviour.
7. Confidentiality
We keep what you share in coaching sessions confidential and do not disclose it to third parties, except where required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm. Group workshops depend on mutual respect: please keep other participants’ information confidential as well.
8. Recordings
Sessions are not recorded unless all parties agree in advance. Please do not record, copy or share any session or material without our written permission.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our workshops and materials (text, images, frameworks, worksheets, videos) belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your personal learning only and may not copy, resell or distribute it without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fee you paid for that service.
11. Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or restrict access at any time. The website is provided on an “as is” basis and may occasionally be unavailable.

13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern amicably.

Cancellation & Refund Policy /cancellation-and-refund-policy/

This policy applies to all coaching sessions, workshops and programmes offered by Anshu Patni through anshupatni.com.
1. Fees are non-refundable
Coaching is a personalised, time-based service. When you book, we reserve time exclusively for you and prepare for your session. For this reason, all fees are non-refundable once payment has been made, whether or not the session has taken place.
2. When we do refund
A refund will be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate or excess payment: you were charged more than once for the same booking – the extra amount is refunded.
- Payment taken but booking not confirmed: your money was deducted but the payment failed or no booking was created, and we are unable to confirm your booking.
- Cancellation by us: we cancel a session or workshop and cannot offer you a new date that works for you.
3. Rescheduling
- You can reschedule a booked session by contacting us at least 24 hours before the start time, subject to availability.
- If you miss a session without notice, or ask to reschedule with less notice, the session is treated as delivered and is not refundable or transferable. We may offer a new slot at our discretion.
- If we need to reschedule, we will inform you as early as possible and offer an alternative time.
4. Courses and programmes
For recorded courses and programmes, fees are non-refundable once access has been provided, except for duplicate payments or a technical problem that prevents access and that we are unable to resolve.
5. How to request a refund or reschedule
Email anshu@anshupatni.com from the email address used for the booking, with your name, the date of payment and the Razorpay payment ID (it is in your confirmation email). We will review your request and reply within a few working days.
6. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once we initiate the refund, it usually reflects in your account within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping & Delivery Policy /shipping-and-delivery-policy/

Anshu Patni offers coaching sessions, workshops and programmes as digital services. No physical product is sold or shipped, so there are no shipping charges.
1. How our services are delivered
- Coaching sessions: after your payment is confirmed, you receive a confirmation email and see a thank-you page with a link to choose your slot. The session is held online on a video call; the joining link is sent in your calendar invitation. In-person sessions, where offered, take place at the venue agreed with you.
- Workshops: delivered live, online or offline, as described on the workshop page. Joining details are shared by email.
- Courses and programmes: access details are sent to the email address you provided.
2. Delivery time
Booking confirmation and the scheduling link are sent immediately after successful payment. Session dates depend on the slot you choose and our availability.
3. Did not receive your email?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it within 24 hours of payment, write to anshu@anshupatni.com with your name and payment ID and we will resend it.
